The Sapphire National Golf Club is also in the Sapphire Valley Resort area, and features an 18-hole mountain course, offering scenic views, special rates for guests and some excellent dining options. The main course provides golfers with spectacular views of the mountains, lush greenery and challenging holes, including a waterfall hole and a rock green. About half a mile from the resort is the Country Club of Sapphire Valley, which features an 18-hole golf course, which was also designed by “renowned golf course architect, George C. Cobb,” (www.ccsapphirevalley.org) The Country Club is a members-only club and also provides a practice facility, driving range, an outdoor swimming pool and sunning area, a fitness center, and six dining options around the property!
